All digital downloadable items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Due to the electronic nature of our products and custom order, you agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. Please see Terms of Use Section Number 4.
